Pole Practice Sessions

Due to popular request we have decided to run fortnightly pole practice sessions at our Plymouth studio. The pole practice sessions will be held every other Sunday from 3pm till 5pm. The 2 hour session will cost £5 per person and we will limit numbers to 18 (6 poles available). You can check our events page for dates of the next practice session.

We will be providing progress cards during our weekly classes so that students can identify specific tricks/ spins and combinations that they need to work on, the progress cards can then be used as an aid to pole practice sessions. We hope that the new practice sessions will enable students to advance more quickly and feel that the sessions will be particularly useful for those who do not have their own pole or those who prefer to practice in a group environment. The practice sessions are also designed to be a fun social experience.

If interest is high we will increase the practice sessions to weekly.

Terms and conditions:
All pole practice sessions will be supervised by an art of dance instructor.
Pole practice sessions are designed to give you the chance to practice your own pole tricks and spins.
Pole practice sessions enable you to bounce ideas of other students although fellow students should not be actually teaching one another.
Students will be responsible for warming themselves up prior to the session as well as stretching out and cooling down at the end of the session. Skipping ropes will be available for students warming up.
Students will be asked to sign a disclaimer at the beginning of each session to state that they will not attempt moves that are beyond their ability and will not attempt to teach other students and to clarify that individuals are responsible for their own safety during the session.
Pole Practice sessions are only open to students who have been attending regular weekly classes.
