Monday 18:15 - intermediate/advanced high impact mixed ability pole dancing for students at Level 3 and above of the Pole Dance Community syllabus. (£10 drop-in/£8 member /£7 NUS/£5 i-polers)
Monday 19:30 - a high impact mixed ability pole dancing class for those who have already done an induction. (£10 drop-in/£8 member /£7 NUS/£5 i-polers)
Tuesday 18:15 - a high impact mixed ability pole dancing class for those who have already done an induction. (£10 drop-in/£8 member /£7 NUS/£5 i-polers)
Tuesday 19:30 - a high impact mixed ability pole dancing class for those who have already done an induction. (£10 drop-in/£8 member /£7 NUS/£5 i-polers)

Friday 18:15 - Pole Practice Session every other week costing just £5 for 1 hour. This session is open to all regular students as well as students and instructors from all PDC approved pole dance schools (Held fortnightly).
Friday 19:30 - Beginners pole dancing induction class - Just £6
Saturday 11:30 - a high impact mixed ability pole dancing class for those who have already done an induction. (£10 drop-in/£8 member /£7 NUS/£5 i-polers)
University of Plymouth Pole Dancing Club (UPPDC) Classes:
Tuesday 5pm, Wednesday 3.45pm and 5pm
These classes are open to all UPPDC members who have done an induction. Lessons cost £6 each. Click here to contact the UPPDC.
