The University of Plymouth Pole dancing Club (UPPDC) was established in 2006 to offer fitness pole dancing lessons to students and staff at Plymouth University.

UPPDC lessons are taught by instructors from PDC Approved Pole Dance School The Art of Dance. Lessons are restricted to just 12 people per session with 2 x 45mm chrome X-poles and 4 x 42mm stainless steel lupit poles available. Please contact The Art of Dance for more information or join the UPPDC via the UPSU website.

When booking you will be automatically booked onto the next available session and a confirmation e-mail will be sent to you within 24 hours. Participants must have done an induction with us before attending or if you have previous pole experience with another school then you need to arrive 10 minutes early for your first lesson to complete an informed consent. More dates and time will be added as the term progresses.
